With a background in real estate and investing, I approach business strategically, always focused on long-term value, smart growth, and strong relationships. I’m passionate about building companies that operate with integrity, precision, and a commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, I’m big on self-improvement, staying active, and enjoying life’s simple wins. My Rottweiler, Roma, keeps me grounded (and on my toes), and reminds me daily that loyalty and strength matter — in business and in life.

My name is Frank Barajas, shop manager here at Phoenician.

As a shop manager, my main priority is ensuring every customer receives their custom windows and doors quickly and safely.

I’ve been working around the valley for 15+ years, and I take pride in every single job we do. Seeing customers smile is really important to me.

At Phoenician, we are focused on making long-term friendships.

I grew up here in the valley and love interacting and making new friends. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, doing activities such as four-wheeling and mountain biking. When I really want to relax, I love fishing or simply spending time at home with my family.

As a Phoenix native, Noah brings a deep understanding of the Valley’s luxury home market to Phoenician Doors & Windows. He grew up in Arcadia and earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business. He is currently completing his MBA at ASU, continuing to sharpen his expertise in strategy, operations, and high-performance leadership.

Before entering the building industry, Noah spent several years in luxury menswear sales, where he developed a refined eye for detail, craftsmanship, and client experience. That background now informs how he approaches custom doors and windows: precision, integrity, and a tailored process for every client.

In addition to luxury retail, Noah has experience in real estate, construction, and material handling sales, giving him a practical understanding of jobsite execution, timelines, and the demands of high-end residential builds.

Outside of work, Noah is an avid golfer with a 3 handicap, committed to constant improvement both on and off the course. He enjoys strength training and a carnivore lifestyle, and he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and his dog, Coco.

James “Jimmy” Hartman is a Sales Representative for Phoenician Doors and Windows, where he brings a strong foundation in business and a passion for quality craftsmanship to every project.

Born and raised in Ahwatukee, Phoenix, Jimmy developed an early appreciation for renovation and design while helping his dad with condo flips across the Valley. A Northern Arizona University graduate with a degree in Business Administration (Marketing emphasis), he has spent the past three years mastering the backend operations of the window industry.
Known for his problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn, Jimmy continues to grow both professionally and personally while building his life in Scottsdale with his girlfriend of three years. When he’s not helping clients or exploring new products, you can find him hiking, snowboarding, or relaxing by the water.
